I don't frequently call to my car insurance provider miway, but on this occasion I am happy to say that I had the best agent in Babalelo (I'm sorry i did not get the surname) in that she went the extra mile in assisting me.<br> <br> The reason for my call was to change the debit order of my premium. My contract with miway was recently renewed and so my premium had just increased. During the call she asked to update my details and the only thing that has changed is the day parking of my vehicle. To my surprise, the premium was going to increase although in my opinion my day parking at the moment is as safe, if no more, as my day parking before.<br> She consulted with her manager and now my premium has been lowered. So now I will be paying more or less the same premium as last year.<br> <br> I would like to thank you Babalelo and keep up the good work. <br> <br> Thanks again,<br> Zola
