I called MiWay with an intention to cancel my car insurance with them as I have sold the vehicle. It was a pleasure talking to Anathi and she was able to assist me immediately. She informed me that the account is cancelled as we speak and that my cancellation documents will be sent through email immediately. My cancellation documents were indeed sent to me just a mere seconds after dropping the call.

I was also made aware that shoul I be able to send evidence to the fact that the vehicle has been sold, I will be assisted to get a refund on my premium as the car was sold almost a month ago and monthly premium has been paid already for this month.
