Thankful to Carline Fell

At MiWay a second interview was conducted due to inaccuracy and false information. Accessor Carline Fell from the Cape Town branch handled our claim which was over a month with no payout on the car accident i had in February 10 2019, we were panicking and frustrated with not much feedback given. She conducted the interview and made me feel at ease stating clearly to me about their policy and how they work ethically while also giving clients second changes into getting them through the events of the day. Which i did clearly and step by step. With all the information intact, we got a call from the head office's telling us our claim will be paid through. We were so excited and it was indeed stressful journey with the false information at hand, which i was willing to go on all ends to proof. Thank you to the kind, friendly lady. She definitely knows how to make a client comfortable enough to tell the story step by step.
