I had to update my policy again. The self help on the website doesn't work and e-mails aren't answered. BUT..... I phoned this morning and spoke to the most delightful and helpful young lady - Zandi Nkumanda. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. An absolute credit to Miway!
