I had a concern with my policy content, wanted to cancel it. Spoke to Tumelo who was friendly and patient transferred me to Vuyiswa Cele who convinced me to stay asked me to forward her my policy letter to her on email, she looked at it gave me a call back to explain and clarify the contents, negotiated a discount on my policy as I was not happy as well paying the premium I paid. The exceptional service she gave me, patience, warmth and advise. Miway should be happy to hv her as an employee she is really an asset to the company.
