Thank you Tumi and Sesi from MiWay

Last night, 2018-08-17, I found myself stuck on the M4/Ruth First Freeway, whilst I was travelling from work to home. After phoning a couple of friends, I remembered that I have a roadside assist on MiWay insurance. I phoned and spoke to Tumi who was very helpful. He stayed on the phone with me and listened to everything I was saying and kept me calm. Fortunately, whilst I was still speaking to him, a friend of mine came to the rescue. I therefore, cancelled my request. Tumi did not just let it go just because I had cancelled the request. He phoned me back before he knocked of work to check if I was okay and to see if I still needed anything. I reassured him that I was okay and he promised to check me again in the morning, which he did this morning. Later on, after the issue was sorted, my battery had died, as I had my lights and hazards on for an extended period of time. I phoned MiWay again and I was assisted by Sesi, she was very helpful and managed to obtain my location. All confirmation was done and the service provider contacted me shortly afterwards. Unfortunately I had to cancel my request 2 minutes later, as the car decided to start. It felt awesome knowing that someone was there for me and knowing that I can count on my insurance to come through for me. Thank you MiWay for not letting me down at a time of need. Even though I was not an easy person to deal with, the Agents were very kind and understanding.
