Thank you Sesi Phasha
I would like to thank Sesi Phasha for her help when I had a breakdown yesterday. I called the call center and she dispatched the tow truck swiftly. She was professional but more than anything very compassionate about my situation. She made me feeel calm in a stressful situation. She kept checking on me until I was safely at home :) definitely a gem!
