Thank you Sam for always updating me until the end, not even one day I thought of following up but you made it your responsibility to ensure my satisfaction.
I would like to nominate Sam Gumbi from legal department as my Miway employee of the year, she has good customer service. She kept me updated with the task allocated to her. I was ready to cancel my policy with Miway but not after dealing with her. Keep up the good work Sam
