Where to start... Ruan van Zyl... You have been a pillar during my claim process. Ruan has taken the time to contact me directly, explaining the matter(s) at hand, and why the decision (where applicable) was made. Nothing I've asked Ruan has been too much, he listens, explains, offers insight and advice.
