I would like to take this time and thank Ronald Nkotsi for assisting me with the towing of my car to VW. My car just recently showed the EPC light and I was advised not to drive it, I then logged a call on MiWay App and the 1st consultant call and told me that MiWay only tow the car from the danger area to a safe place and they cannot tow a car from my yard to VW. Fortunately I had logged 2 calls. Thanks again Ronald for your prompt response, you have been very helpful.
