This morning my car broke down, it just switched off in the middle of the road during peak traffic. I called my Insurance, MyWay and was put through to Ronald. Ronald was so kind and helpful. The tow truck arrived in less than 20 minutes thanks to Ronald's prompt service. Even after the truck arrived he called back to ensure everything was OK. I really appreciate all your help Ronald :).
