I would to thank the senior Consultant of Miway (Nqobile) for her efforts to mke sure that I remain Miway client. She went an extra mile to keep my premiums as low as possible. After Miway increased my premium I decided to cancel the policy and I was transferred to her, what a polite and sweet lady who take all her time to listen my frustrations. After confirmation of my details she put me on hold to check what she can do to assist, after 2 minutes on hold she came back with good news that she managed to decrease my premium even more thn what I was paying before.
