Thank you, Nobantu Mpeta! Quickest and easiest claims process I ever experienced!
I am so impressed with the claims process for household contents at MIWAY. Nobantu Mpeta at was absolutely stunning. I submitted a claim and was greeted by the friendliest and most empathetic claims consultant I had ever dealt with. I was expecting to be hounded with questions and cros****amined by the Gestapo! BUT, Nobantu was kind, and super-quick. WOW! Guys - well done on your staff engagement :)
