They are very professional even when you have missed their call they will email, leave a voice message and call back wen you respond to the email. I joined them a short while ago and they have treated me the way any consumer wants to be treated, with respect, the bonus is tbat I have saved over R900 for th same service as my previous insurer where I was poorly poorly treated, thank you Miway
