I would like to say THANK YOU to Miway,their claims and legal team whom worked on my claim.

Sometime in June someone reversed and bumped my parked car and later refused to pay for the damages insisting that if i have insurance then my insurance should fix the damages for me. He was ignoring the fact that he had to pay my excess as i couldnt afford to pay for the unexpected damages he caused. He was never willing to hear me out on this, and just when i was giving up on persuing him on my own and trying the legal route, Miway came to my rescue.

I could not believe my ears when the very polite Ofentse Menyatso from Miway contacted me about a week ago, telling me that they found out that the guy was in the wrong and that they are going to refund my excess amount of R8000 And they will sort out everything else with the guy.

I'm happy i got the refund and im grateful that you came through for me once again. You've never dissappointed me with my claims and im truly grateful because paying my monthly premiums, give me peace and assurance that my insurance will come through for me in my time of need. And you do just that,always.
