Thank you Miway Legal Team

In August of 2017, a vehicle from the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, reversed into my vehicle in a parking lot. I followed the processes of reporting the incident and lodging a claim a claim with Miway. I was therefore liable in paying the excess to have my car repaired even though I was not at fault. In December of 2017 I was contacted by Miway requesting the Accident Report filed with SAPS, Driver's license of my wife who was driving my vehicle at the time, and the particulars of the Driver that caused the accident. I was not very hopeful that Miway would be able to recover my monies, more especially since it was a government vehicle that caused damage to mine. Lo and Behold, on the 11 July 2018 I receive a call from Portia Hlatshwayo (Miway Legal) informing me that they have won my case and that all costs to repair my vehicle have been recovered, and my excess of R4340 would be re-imbursed back to me within 3 days. I had lost faith that I would ever see my money again. This has restored my faith once again in Miway as an insurer that really goes out to please their clients. Thank you Miway, the refund is going to go a long way. Kudos to the Portia and her colleagues who took on this battle on my behalf and won.
