My claim process was pain free, and the most convenient even though I had the option of speaking to an agent they also gave me another option of actually doing everything through the app meaning I also had more time to rethink and accurately explain the events as they happened, and I recieved a call just to make sure that I was finding everything okay and how my progress was, till the last step I was very happy.
