So I was hijacked and my car taken from me. After hearing from friends and family how insurance companies look for every reason to NOT pay out a claim, I was not on a good footing, especially after suffering a traumatic experience of being driven around in my own car, 2 guys with guns pointing to me and the driver talking all funny to me, then eventually being dropped off, unharmed thankfully. My claim was assigned to Lenn Norie, the validator/assessor. He did more than just assess and investigate my case, he provided the comfort of helping me through this process, assisting me to deal with the trauma as well as ensuring I have all my paperwork in order. He truly went the extra few miles to provide a service that I could or rather NEVER would have expected.
