Thank You MiWay!!!

Thank You MiWay!!! On Friday at 13:05 I received a call from my elderley dad, 74 who's motor vehicle is insured on my policy with MiWay. He was stuck next to the road with a broken down vehicle. I proceeded to call MiWay for assistance with a tow in as I was not able to assist by myself at the time. The service I received from MiWay was increadible to say the least. The lady who took my call, Lethabo Hlabyago, was friendly, courteous and professional. She was very efficient and down to the point. getting all the correct information to e able to assist as quickly and efficiently as possible. She called me every time there was an update on the progress of assisting with the tow-in of my dad's car. I also received SMS messages all along the progress with confirmation of all the steps that had been taken and the exact name and vehicle registration of the tow in service and driver. In short, from the time of the call for assistance to Mi Way up to the point of my father's car being delivered in our driveway at home was literally under an hour. I was extremely pleased with the service and ever grateful. Thank You MiWay!
