Thank you Miway

First of all I just want to commend Miway Insurance for handling my claim so diligently and so quick. Normally people complain with insurances that take long to pay or even refuse to pay, but with Miway it was different. As we speak, my car is being paid off and I am now able to start over again and look for a new car. All that is thanks to Miway and I look forward to insuring the next car I buy with this insurance again. Secondly,I just want to show my utmost gratitude to Mr Siphiwo Nteta who was my assessor on the mentioned claim. First of all I would like to commend him for treating me with the utmost respect and professionalism at all times. At all times, he made me feel respected and he was compassionate enough to understand that I had also gone through a traumatic experience with the accident. Through all the communications between us, he was patient with me and started with first explaining all the details of how the insurance works, how the claiming process works and all that. This was my first claim so such information was very important to me because I was scared and did not know what to expect. But, with him I felt my claim was safe and he made me understand all I needed to know and always made sure that I understood every little detail. This was very comforting and he kept me updated at all times to how things are going. I am very much impressed with the company and also with him as the assessor, we need more people like him to make sure that we receive a commendable service.
