I got a better monthly offer from another insurance company. The company referred me to MiWay for cancellation after they processed my application at a lesser monthly premium. I spoke to a certain very friendly and welcoming Thabiso who then wanted to know the reason for the cancellation. I informed him that I got a better offer and he wanted to know if I was ready to hear from them if they could maybe revise the premium after perusing my policy and I agreed. However, he assured me that they may not be able to beat the current offer because they normally look at the quality of what they offer to clients. Secondly, the company did not want to loose me since I have been a very loyal member to them for more than 7 years. MiWay reduced my installment by a whopping R325.40 and I am extremely happy although they were still higher than the other offer by R65.00. I then decided to continue remaining their member because of their honesty and reliability when giving a service to their clients. I felt I could not ignore their excellent service at the expense of R65.00. I personally experience their service on several occasions when I was involved in an accident and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you MiWay and your s****ful employee Thabiso who managed to convince me to listen to him and gave me an affordable monthly premium. YOU ARE SIMPLE THE BEST.
