I am still angry but I Spoke to Maipsi, as usual Miway has the friendliest people. Im grateful she sorted out my occupation status that has been incorrect, I believe since I got my wn policy. Im going to write a different review for the mess that happened, because I dont want it to be under her name as it wasn't her doing.

27 Jul 2021, 16:20Since I cant write a separate review, I must say here that I am really angry because someone put "self employed" on my profile when I know I never would have said I was self employed. I have never been .
I had a full time office job when I joined Miway which I still do.
I believe that the person who made this mistake made, enabled me to pay more premiums, which I have been since , for years now.
as soon as that was changed my premiums dropped by over R140, backdating even a percentage of this amount is still a lot to overpay.
