Having been a MiWay customer for numerous years. I am so happy to have Lebogang Makgato handle my claim with compassion, understanding and a great attitude. She really was my knight in shining armor after having been held at gunpoint and ****** and then to having the bad luck of first liaising with one of her not so kind colleagues . I always experienced amazing service from MiWay in the past years but it seemed that when I really needed my insurance to show me awesome customer service, i had my heart broken by a cold, but professional consultant who had apologized but unfortunately the damage was done. Needless to say I was on the verge of looking into other insurance once my claim had been finalised but Lebo turned that all around. Lebo you are an asset to your company. I hope, wish and pray that every company in South Africa has least one person like you! Keep up the beautiful attitude and hard work.
