Thank you! Lana van der Berg and Renier Du Bruyn

I have been with Miway for a very long time and had very few problems or claims until last month when i was involved in small accident with my vehicle. It was after this that i truly appreciated being with Miway as they helped me promptly and assisted me in everything I needed.

Firstly i was helped with my claim by Renier de Bruyn who gave me clear and prompt feedback!

The other party had made a claim against my insurance and they had become very difficult with myself (calling me personally and threatening me) as well as everyone at Miway. This is where Lana van der Berg stepped in. She had the massive task in actually dealing with this third party (who was really just not co-operating with the correct procedures and requirements). She has been keeping me up to date on everything and cleared out everything I had any questions on. Thank you Renier and Lana!
