Claiming from insurance is always a frustrating process. Justin Smith from Miway went the extra mile to ensure that the process was handled fairly and made sure I was informed about the legal processes.
If it wasn't for how well Justin handled the claim, I would probably have cancelled my insurance. Miway needs more people like Justin.
