I had an excellent call with Lehlohonolo this morning, when I had to unfortunately cancel my MiWay insurance. My current insurer beat the quote and I decided to stay loyal . I was expecting a long, very up-sell negotiation call, but Lehlohonolo was calm and processed my call smoothly.
On top, she was clear and concise and professional. Be nice to your call centre agents, people!
