I've been insured with MiWay for the past 2 years. I can say with pride that joining the MiWay family was one of the best decisions i made for myself. I recently bought a new car and i couldn't afford the premiums all the insurance companies offered me, including MiWay, after i told the consultant over the phone that i cant afford it he spoke to his team leader who gave me a very affordable premium and access, all in one phone call.. Not even to mention the one time i claimed. I lodged my claim the Monday and by Wednesday everything was finalized . I didn't even have to take my car anywhere, everything was arranged over the phone. They really prioritize their clients, because they kept me in formed the entire time.. When i needed roadside assistance numerous times as my previous vehicle use to give me problems with the battery, the man they send were fast, friendly and eager to assist. Their We drive is also one of the best services. I make use of it and i am happy everytime with the service they provide.. From the consultant on the phone who arange the We drive to the driver they send i received excellent service.. They very friendly, respectful and professional..
