I shopped around for better quotes on comprehensive insurance as my existing MiWay comprehensive insurance started to become very expensive. I have contacted Auto and General insurance company yesterday evening for a quote and they have quoted me a monthly premium of R 872.00 with an excess of R 6700.00 and R935 for windows / glass claims on comprehensive insurance. I have accepted their offer as I couldn't find a better offer. I contacted MiWay insurance today to cancel my comprehensive insurance policy. I was referred to Phemelo Khunou who wanted me to give him a opportunity to reconsider to remain with MiWay which I did. I received excellent service (10/10) from Phemelo Khunou as he assisted me in reducing my monthly premium from R 1291.00 p/m to R 887.96 p/m. A stunning R 403.04 p/m less. Further her also managed to reduce my excess from R 7500.00 to R 6700.00 and the excess for window / glass claims from R 1230.00 to R 500.00. He also informed me that I will only pay a premium of R 443.98 on the 24th of September 2018 which is a 50% discount just for the 24th of September 2018 and that the premium of R 887.96 p/m will only kick in on the 24th of October 2018 onward. He also referred me to hellopeter's website were he also opened my eyes by showing the difference in service ratings between MiWay insurance and Auto and General insurance. I was stunned and shocked to see the difference in service ratings between the two insurance companies. If it wasn't for his good advise and assistance and service, I could have easily fallen victim of making the incorrect decision. Phemelo Khunou keep up with the good work and thank you for your assistance in reducing my monthly premium and excess on my comprehensive insurance. I cannot say thank you enough.
