Thank you Balungile Mbongwe for your excellent service. I got into an accident in March and she’s been the legal advisor in charge of recovering costs and excess from the other party’s insurer. Your communication and updates were consistent (even though I never responded or acknowledged receipt of the emails *hides face*). I got my access back from MiWay yesterday and I cannot thank you enough. It feels like you did the impossible for me :)
