Thank you for making me laugh again MiWay

I just want to thank MiWay for coming to my rescue on Thursday the 5th of December. I was on my way to the hospital for a specialist appointment and whilst on route I my car cut out twice, the second time I decided to park it and Uber to the hospital. When my appointment was done I called my support system to let them know what is happening... my one friend reminded me about my insurance just as well because I was so distraught I forgot. Needless to say that I was in tears because I’ve been experiencing car trouble lately and no one seems to know why... when I got in contact with MiWay I got my angel Nobantu Mpeta... she couldn’t make out what I was trying to say because I was so sad but she got the essence of the matter and sorted me out ASAP.

I took an Uber back to my car and by that time my brother was also on his way to me. He pulled up and not long after that the security services that was arranged for me also pulled up. From feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, scared and hopeless I went to feeling all good and happy to have my friends, family and MiWay around. I had no idea where I was, all I could tell is that the people that passed me was ***** and made me feel vulnerable but the security service changed all of that. My car was towed home, the extra that I had to pay was minimal... in the end everything ended well.(besides for my none working car). Thank you Nobantu from MiWay for sticking to your promises, for calming me and for making me less anxious. I am tremendously happy to be a MiWay customer, I don’t claim and will continue to keep it that way because that is the type of person that I am, but when I needed you you pulled out all the stops... thank you!
