Thank you for going the extra mile

I noticed that my premium was not being deducted from my account & had sent two emails with no response. Today I called and my call was answered promptly and Zakheni admitted her mistake. I wont be required to pay insurance in back-pay, instead a pro-rata will be charged which is less than half of my monthly premium :)<br> <br> My address had also changed which I updated telephonically and guess what!! My monthly premium has also been reduced. Thank you for valuing me as a client :)<br> <br> I am over the moon
