Thank you for exceptional service!

What would have been logged as a complaint was turned around into a compliment - as a direct result of the assistance offered by Khulu Ngema. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of her two colleagues - the one gentleman referred me to another Consultant when I requested to speak to the TeamLeader/Manager, the one I was referred to cut me off when I requested the same. Wtih my 3rd attempt, I landed with Khulu who was well equipped to offer assistance and defuse the situation. I would like to compliment her on her high level of service delivery - I wish I had recorded to names of the two gentlemen, as they can most definately learn from her, A LOT! Well done Khulu and thank you so much - you are an absolute star!
