Thank you for Excellent Service, Thato & MiWay

I had the unfortunate flat tyre today, but it ended so well thanks to Thato Ikaneng. I'm so thankful for the way Thato assisted me. He was very understanding, but helpful at the same time and logged my call with the technician in no time. He called me several times to follow-up and check on me while I was waiting for the technician to arrive. The technical, William, also went out of his way by taking me to the closest tyre shop to buy a new tyre, after acquiring the approval from MiWay. Thato after the event followed up on me again to see if I'm ok. It was really an experience that I won't forget soon! THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS, THATO. You are a superstar who deserves a medal.
