Thank you for excellent service

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude towards Thato Moabi and the rest of her team from Legal for their excellent service.

4 years ago I was rear-ended by another vehicle and the driver did not have insurance and the damage to my vehicle was over R20k, so long story short, I made peace with the fact that I wasn't going to get my excess back.

About a month ago I got a call out of the blue from someone at MiWay telling me that the case to recover the money from the 3rd party was still ongoing and that I can get a portion of my excess back! That person was Thato.

She was very professional and friendly and clearly explained what was needed from me. After I provided her with the required information, the excess was paid into my account within a matter of a few days.

This was a very pleasant surprise as I didn't believe that there was any chance of getting any money back from that claim :)
