I would like to commend Nikita Kisten for the excellent service I recently received.

I had a claim that was initially closed with poor communication, and although it was later reopened, I still experienced a lack of feedback for some time.

A few weeks ago, I called in for a follow-up and was assisted by Nikita. From the start, she was friendly, professional, and reassuring, especially after I shared my frustrations. She took ownership of the matter, followed up with the external bank, and even simplified communication by sending me a clear email.

True to her word, she contacted me within two days to confirm that my claim had been approved, and followed up again shortly after to confirm my banking details.

I am truly grateful, as I have now received my funds after a long period of uncer*****y.
