I submitted a cellphone claim for a lost cellphone , Craig Visagie was allocated to my case. This unfortunate incident happens at the time when I was very busy and out of the office most of the time. He assisted me throughout the claim process although I was mostly not available, he was very patient with me. email communication was best for me because I could reply when I become available.
