The week of my incident was the worst week of my life to date but Carline’s Fell’s gentle kindness made it more manageable. When one has been through such a traumatic experience, having to hash out administrative tasks can be more than overwhelming, yet her softness and willingness to assist, even after working hours, was nothing but commendable.
