I found myself in a situation regarding a third-party claim and the legal advisor Susan who is assigned to my case. Yes my issue is not resolved but credit should given when someone picks up the phone and has a 19 minute conversation explaining processes.
She came in and calmed the storm, provided feedback promptly and allowed me to have some sort of peace mind that I'm in capable hands.
