<p>It was a nightmare dealing with a number of people at MIWAY from getting transferred to different departments to people from the claims department (Phillip ) promising to investigate and get back to me ,too this day he has not . Then speaking to a manager telling me I had a window claim with MIWAY ,(knowing it was a bumper claim) that’s when I called it quits with MIWAY . No one seemed to know what’s happening there ,till my savour came to assist and within a few minutes everything was done and she even called me today to confirm if all is well …..</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that’s great service if u ask me .</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets hope MIWAY can have more people like Neo Kgano !</p> <p> </p>
