Thabiso Dibakwane of Mi Way

My car got involved in a collusion with another on a Monday evening and the first thing that came to mind was to call my insurer so as to get guidance on what to do when a car is involved in an accident. My call was answered by a friendly, well reserved gentleman who introduced himself to me as Thabiso Dibakwane. He first tried to establish if I was doing okay and if there was anyone injured. fortunately none of the occupants in the other car were injured and everyone was fine.

The gentleman's approach to the frustrating situation I was facing was really amazing. For a moment I almost forgot I was involved in a car accident. He was so calm. He understood my position at the time. it was like he was physically there in the scene even although he was miles away.

Now going forward, came time for me to submit my claim. Thabiso Dibakwane was so clear on indicating to me what I needed to do. I forwarded to him all documentation, pictures and any other things that he requested. Within seconds my e-mail inbox and cellphone were updated with details of my claim and confirmation regarding my claim. I didn't have all the things that were required of me so the following day I forwarded him the things that were outstanding. Upon receiving them he informed me and my claim was processed the same day of receipt of all documentation.

he called me and referred me to the approved repairer close to me in Ga-Rankuwa, north of Pretoria. In addition he assisted me in obtaining a rental car. His service was so amazing. I do not know him, and I have never met him but I really wish the insurer (MiWay)would afford the opportunity to meet the greatest gentleman who came to my rescue and assistance at the time I needed it most.
