Thabani Mnguni was very helpful with my policy cancelation. He asked what my reasons where for canceling and in a not very "pushy way: he asked if I'd consider taking up a policy with Miway in future, which I'm happy to do so depending on future on my future situation. Overall the call great and he suggested other products that I can take up with Miway.
