Thabani Mnguni - Refund Payment

Hi,

I'm very much unpleased with the current service I'm receiving from a particular person that goes by the name of Thabani Mnguni.

Thabani had called me two weeks ago advising on the payment of my refund and I still don't understand why that has not reflected in my bank account yet.

I have cancelled my policy with Miway due to selling my car beginning of March and to my understanding, I am not binded with you anymore and I sure don't think it's fair to run after my refund like this.

I have not heard anything back from Thabani regarding the refund payment since two weeks ago.

They can call me back - they have my numbers.
