Terrorised in the name of Accident Claim Assessor A Claim Assessor came to my home. Ask for Mt phone starts scrolling and take pictures of my contacts. Ask to go with me to the scene but start asking me about my husband, there are lots of stuff he demanded which includes asking me for Tenants, colleagues and other people while claiming for a personal claim. He then told a Netstar agent that he must send the email of tracker report to him because I am only 1 month with the insurance that I joined in October. I've been terrorized my Adam Anwar claims assessor and I refuse to be treated in this manner. @Adam I need answers. I then asked you to email me the claise that says yoy should scroll my phone and take screenshots and u then involved Mark I am not sure if that's your Manager because I raised my concerns so now I want all the clause on the contract I signed which says you should do what you did yesterday for I am taken advantage because I am a woman while I just came out of hospital.
