Terrible turnaround time, not worth it!

Pathetic claims service. Takes days to arrange a simple tow of my vehicle from their assessment center to the panelbeater, its been a week and I am still waiting. Get told everyday that it's going to done only to find out nothing was done. And I am still waiting for assistance! Would not recommend at all. Outsurance is the best in the game. Sad I ever departed from them.
