Terrible Terrible service - Long waiting period - Impossible expectations for a third party!!

THE WORST INSURANCE EVER DEALT WITH!!

Their client knocked into me as I was parked, put me through so much inconvenience when it came to paper work waited 5 months before they came back to me with a pathetic price! lesser than the quotations i had to run around and get for them (Why ask me for a quotation if you just gonna do it yourself) sending me to some panel beater in the Northern suburbs when i am from the DEEP SOUTH!!! Who is meant to drop and fetch me and at my own cost??? Absolutely pathetic, use every excuse in the book not to pay you out the proper amount, this is so infuriating! Kubeshnee Naidoo who dealt with my claim wants to give me long stories of some act that sounds made up! and the "assesor" Nhlanla Happy Sigau who sent me to the other side of the world for my vehicle to be repaired.. No thought or convenience taken into consideration.. NVM the person who knocked into me had her vehicle repaired ages ago while I'm left with a 5 month wait back and forth on documents that was not even needed!! Pathetic in every way! I have never been put through this much inconvenience before!
