TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE BY TUMISANG KOLWANE

After years of being a valued customer, I have never come across a terrible service like the one i received today 6 years no claim and I am treated LIKE ****. Called today to enquire about WeDrive as I do not want to drive late after work function, I was transferred to Tumisang Kolwane who showed ZERO interest in assist me. Had to beg him to provide me with his names about 5 times. Consultant very RUDE, asked to speak to his supervisor till now no one called....
