Terrible Staff and Poor Product offering

I have an extended warranty , the insurance does not cover half the things the premiums are R500 paying for the last 3yrs 2 get a payout of R2000 and that i am awaiting over a month for this claim 2 be paid out.

From 3 consultant Kabelo c to Solomon who i have dropped like 3emails for him to call me back.

He calls 1 attempt i was away from my desk by the time i get to the phone it had stopped.

Asked him to call again nothing !!!!!

For a pathetic cover of R2000 it is not worth the calls or the time invested.

My 2 cars as well as home and extended warranty are wt miway i will most certainly be moving across to outsource who has outstanding benefits and have time and again warned us against MIWAY pathetic service but we had not listened.

Please can someone of higher authority handle this situation as Your consultant are not operating on a senior level they lack any customer service s****s.
