Terrible service....TOTAL *******

My brothers car was involved in an accident last week.Before the car could be moved I called the Miway number that he had stuck on the windscreen and the lady asked to speak to the tow truck owner and gave them permission to tow the car away,now you want him to pay for the tow truck service yet you are paying him peanut for what you had iniatially agreed on the value of the car.i suggest that you look properly into this matter and review the settlement amount or you can cancel both my policies and I will take my business elsewhere and I will also shame you on social media.
