terrible service with Motor vehicle claim
<p>I had a motor vehicle claim and the service i recived from the consultant was unprofessional and was not treated like a customer should</p>

Although i had to phone Sieghard myself i feel this whole claim has been handled badly and i feel i am being victimised due to the fact i complained to the consultant and since then you are looking for problems.
quite frankly this is not the way i would like to be handled by your company and im sure existing and prospective clients would also not like to be handled.
Please tell me how we move forward from here!!!
