Terrible service regarding my vehicle repair

On the 31-08-2021 my vehicle was involved in an accident which was caused by the other party. Thereafter I have spoken to several different people from miway and continously been given wrong information regarding the progress on my vehicle. I had to physically go to the panels beater 3 times already and find out that miway had declined certain parts of the repair which was clearly effected in the accident however that was sorted out 3 months later. It is now going to be month 4 and Im still waiting for feedback as to when my vehicle will be ready to collect and no one seems to be interested in responding to my emails. Absolutely terrible service!!!
